How engagements work
Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation about your objectives, systems and constraints. We then propose a written scope, method and set of deliverables before any work begins.
Work is non-intrusive by default: document review, interviews and, where agreed, site walkdowns or read-only configuration review. Any technical testing of live systems is planned separately with operations.
OTVista provides advisory and assessment services. It does not certify organizations or guarantee compliance, and implementation decisions remain with your teams.
